美术手工课,它不同于小学里其它的课程,对孩子综合素质要求很高,是一门集思想情感教育,知识传授,技能训练为一体的综合课程。上好手工课对全面提高学生的素质起到非常重要的作用。而目前小学美术手工课的实施现状却存在着很多问题,针对这些问题,必须采取一些有效的措施,才能保证其正常实施,并对素质教育的成功起到积极作用。

Art and craft lesson is different from other courses in the elementary school. It, a set of ideological and emotional education, knowledge transfer and skills training, has a high requirement for children＇s comprehensive quality. The lesson plays a very important role in improving students＂ quality. There are many problems in the implementation of art and craft lesson. Aiming at the problems, we adopt some effective measures to ensure its proper implementation, and have positive effects on the success of quality education.
