高等教育扩招引发的就业问题仍是社会关注的重点问题,高职院校毕业生在目前严峻的就业形势下也面临着巨大挑战。作为高等职业教育工作者,应高度重视就业工作的重要性和紧迫性,充分研究、分析和总结当前就业现状以及存在的问题,积极探索优化毕业生就业指导的措施,以期达到就业质与量的全面提升。

Employment problems caused by the expansion of higher education is the key problem concerned by the society, the graduates of higher vocational colleges are facing great challenges in the current severe employment situation. As workers of higher occupation education, they should take great importance to the employment work for its importance and urgency , fully studying, analyzing and summarizing the current employment status and existing problems, and actively exploring measures of exployment work, in order to achieve the quality and quantity of comprehensive promotion.
