本文分析了目前工程训练中线切割机床操作实习存在的问题,通过优化知识要素、技能要素结构层次,以个性工件加工为依托相关要素和层次有机综合,提出了特种加工综合实训项目的改革方案,并组织实施和不断完善,充分发挥学生的主动性,成功解决了综合实训要求高与时间紧的矛盾,取得了较好的实训效果。

This article analyzes the problems in WEDM cutting machine operation internship in currently engineering training. Through optimizing knowledge elements, and skills elements structure levels, combined personality workpiece processing related elements and levels, puts forward the reform program of special processing integrated real training project, and organize implementation and continuous improvement, full play students＇ initiative, success address the contradictions of high integrated real training requirements and tight time, and make better of real training effect.
