摘要 学科建设是大学发展之根本。随着科教事业的发展,学科的含义也在不断丰富,但学科的知识属性、学术属性和研究属性却一点没有改变。一个大学的学科水平、研究生培养质量主要取决于科研水平,学科特色主要是科研特色。影响科学研究与学科建设的最核心要素是学科团队或学术团队。促进学科发展的主要措施是:凝练研究方向,支持学科发展;组织团队联合攻关,力争出高水平标志性成果;打造高水平具有竞争力的学科研究团队;进行制度、机制创新,将更多的教师纳入学科研究梯队。 Discipline construction is the foundation of university development. With the development of science and education, the meaning of disciplines are continuously enriched, while the knowledge attribute and the academic attribute of disciplinary has hardly changed a bit. A university's discipline level and the quality of its graduate education mainly depend on the level of scientific research. And subject characteristics are research features. The core element of scientific research and discipline construction is the disciplines team or the academic team. The measures to promote the development of the subject are: concising research directions, supporting subject development, organising teams to work together to strive to iconic achievements of high levels, building competitive research teams of high levels, making system and mechanism innovations and attracting more teachers into interdisciplinary research echelon.
