摘要
"工学结合"的人才培养模式近年来倍受高职教育者的关注,提出了很多新思路、新模式。本文针对高职院校机械类专业"工学结合"人才培养模式形式单一、校企合作深度不够、工学结合重形式不重实旨等共性问题提出了解决方法,探索了工学结合的有效实施途径。
The talent training model of combination of work and study attracts more attention of higher vocational education members in recent years, and some new ideas and models are put forward. Aiming at the single form of talent training model, the lack of depth of cooperation of school and enterprise and combination of work and study is not practical, the article explores the effective implementing way of combination of work and study.
