摘要
为能够科学定量的跟踪与控制我国航天企业的组织创新路径在动态形成过程中的演化机制,本文基于动态结构BP神经网络来针对组织创新路径演化的不同形态进行控制系统的构建,并利用动态结构BP神经网络来提升传统模糊控制系统的精度,从而达到更加高效的对我国航天企业的组织创新路径的演化进行模糊控制的目的,并基于控制仿真曲线提出相应的控制策略。最后结果表明:通过对影响航天企业的组织创新路径演化要素的模糊控制,能够使组织创新路径的时效性大幅度提升,并且此种控制方法超调小,响应快,无静差,能够为企业的决策者对组织创新路径的演化做出迅速的相应而提供决策依据。
In order to follow and control our nation aerospace enterprises organizational innovation path during it's dynamic growing period scientifically and quantitatively. This thesis use dynamic structure BP neutral network method to construct control system of the organizational innovation path evolution, and use the dynamic structure BP neutral network method to improve the traditional fuzzy control system precision, then achieve the fuzzy control of the organizational innovation path evolution. Then based on the simulation curve to suggest a few suggestions. The final conclusion shows that: through the fuzzy control of the our nation aerospace enterprises organizational innovation evolution affective elements, can improve the organizational innovation timeliness, and this control method have small thrashing, quick responding, no difference, it can provide decision suggestions for enterprises decision-maker to respond the organizational innovation path evolution.
