摘要
通过对FPF—D-N/C-5五坐标定龙门铣床的X轴和Y轴抖动问题的分析和解决,从实际应用的角度阐述了定龙门铣床的两种不同的直线轴传动原理和发生抖动问题的原因分析及解决方案,为今后此类故障的排除提供借鉴。
Through analysis of x-axis and y-axis jitter problems in the fpf-dn/c-5 five coordinate fixed gantry milling machine and its solution, this paper explained two different linear axis transmission principle and causes and solution of jitter problems of fixed gantry milling machine from the point of view of the practical application, providing a reference for the exclusion of such failures in future.
