随着我国交通行业近几年来的迅猛发展,公路工程建设市场不断得到规范化管理,但仍然有施工质量问题的出现,其中有很大一部分问题工程是由招投标管理不当所致。因此招投标管理规范化已势在必行。
As the rapid development of china＇s transportation industry in recent years, highway engineering construction market has been standardized management, but there are still construction quality problems, the project bidding improper management accounts for a great part of the problems. Therefore, it is imperative to bidding management standardization.
