二灰碎石路面基层掺加适量水泥的探索及应用

摘要 二灰碎石具有很好半刚性性能,并具有整体性能高、水稳性好、刚度大、承载能力高等优点,目前已广泛应用于我国高等级公路的基层结构设计施工中。然而,二灰碎石基层路面在早期抗压强度较低,很大程度上延长了施工工期,并且通车后的初期使用阶段的整体性能较低。因此,在经济、简单、方便的前提下,为有效提高其早期强度,确保使用质量,通过研究发现,在二灰碎石路面基层中掺加适量水泥可有效提高基层的早期强度,完全符合公路路面基层的抗压强度标准,操作简便、经济,同时可提前投入使用,有效缩短工期。 Lime-flyash crushed stone has good semi-rigid periormance, and has advantages ot mgn overau penormance, gooc water stability, big stiffness, high load carrying capacity, hwhich as been widely used in the primary structure design and construction of China's high-grade highways. However, lime-fiyash crushed stone base pavement has lower compressive strength in the early period, largely extending the construction period, and the overall performance of the use of early stage after the opening is lower. Therefore, under economic, simple, convenient premise, in order to effectively improve the early strength, be sure to use quality, through the study, it finds that mix the appropriate amount of cement in lime-flyash crushed stone base pavement can effectively improve the early strength of Roadbed, is compliance with the road the pavement compressive strength standard, easy to operate, and can be put to use in advance, effectively shortening the construction period.
