精装修住宅符合低碳环保的理念,是房地产的一种发展趋势。本文对目前嘉兴市精装修住宅的质量、风格、成本、售后服务等方面存在的问题进行了分析,并且从政策、管理、模式等角度,提出了嘉兴推行精装修住宅的对策,以促进嘉兴市精装修住宅的持续健康发展。

Fine decorated apartments which accord with the concept of low-carbon and environmental protection,has become a developing trend. This paper analyses the existing problems on quality, style, cost, after-sales service of fine decorated apartments in present jiaxing and puts forward the countermeasures on implementing it from the aspects of policy, management, mode, and value engineering to promote sustained and healthy development of the fine decorated apartments in jiaxing.
