摘要
我们用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术以及Y染色体特异性的引物对绒毛组织的DNA进行基因扩增,用于产前诊断胎儿性别。扩增产物直接用琼脂糖凝胶电泳观察结果,男性胎儿有149bP的特异性扩增带,而女性则无。此种技术较常规的染色体技术简单、快速、准确,临床上可用于性连锁遗传病的辅助诊断。
The polymerase chain reaction(PCR) was used to amplify a Y-specific repeat sequence in chorinicvilli DNA samples for fetal sex determination. The products of amplification were directly analysedwith agarose electrophoresis. The results showed that a Y-specific band of 149 bp were found in the male,but not in the female. The method is simple, time-saving and correct, and it can also be used toassist prenatal diagnosis of sex-linked genetic disorders.
