低水平苯暴露对大鼠操作行为的影响

EFFECT OF LOW LEVEL BENZENE ON THE OPERANT BEHAVIOR IN RATS

本文采用操作条件反射仪研究低水平苯吸入暴露对大鼠FRLO操作行为的影响,苯暴露浓度分别为0、1、10和100ppm。结果发现:1、10、100ppm苯连续70天暴露均可影响大鼠的操作行为功能,但不同浓度以及同一浓度的苯在暴露的不同阶段对大鼠操作行为的影响过程不同。操作行为改变的可逆性与苯暴露浓度有关。

The effect of low level benzene inhaled exposure on Fixed Ratio 10: 1 operant behavior in ratswas studied with operant chamber. The doses of benzene were 100, 10,1 and Oppm. The results indica-ted that the sensitive behavioral index (FR 10) was affected by all levels of benzene tested, but theeffects of 100,10, and 1ppm benzene on the FR 10 operant behavior differed from each other and thereversihilities of these changes were associated with the exposed doses of benzene.
