摘要 采用干法灰化法处理6种婴幼儿配方奶粉,探究适合奶粉灰化的温度,并且用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定奶粉中铜、锰元素的含量。结果表明测定铜、锰元素含量时奶粉的灰化温度为450~550℃;同一厂家生产的同一品牌不同成长阶段的婴幼儿配方奶粉,铜、锰元素含量存在一定的差异,同一厂家生产的同一阶段不同品牌的婴儿配方奶粉中铜、锰含量不存在显著性差异,但较大婴儿配方奶粉存在显著性差异;6种奶粉的铜、锰元素含量均符合国家标准GB/T 5413.21-1997。 The amount of copper and manganese in 6 brands of infant formula mined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The samples were treated by hing temperature was screened. The results showed that the ashing milk powder were deter- method and suitable as- ashing temperature of 450 - 550 ℃was suitable for determining copper and manganese in infant formula milk powder. For various growth stages of infant formula milk powder with the same brand from the same manufacturer, the copper and manganese content exhibited some difference; for various brands of baby formula, the copper and manganese content had no significant differences, but they showed significant differences in the infant formula milk powder. The values determined in 6 brands of infant formula milk powder corresponded to the requirements of national standard GB/T 5413.21 - 1997.
