社区学院教师一专多能发展现状的调查研究——以上海市长宁区社区学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 终身教育的发展对社区学院教师队伍提出了更高的要求,文章以上海市长宁区社区学院为例,通过调查,在对学院教师的自然特征及专业化发展现状进行统计分析的基础上,针对教师一专多能发展提出建议:教师要更新观念,开展职业发展规划,通过科研提升能力。学院要为教师发展提供制度、进修以及发展规划方面的保障等,自上而下地为教师走一专多能发展之路,以适应新时期社区学院多元化发展的需要奠定基础。 Higher expectations are imposed on the teaching teams of community colleges with the development of all - life - edu- cation. Based on a research and with Shanghai Changning District Community College as an example, ideas are proposed to promote teachers' ability of being versatile while mastering a special skill in light of statistical analysis of the general characteristics of teacher and the existing state of professional development. The ideas include renewing teacher' s concepts with new situations, making profes- sional development plans, and enhancing professional capability through research. Colleges will provide teachers with education sys- tems, further - education opportunities, and plans and schedules, so that a solid foundation will be laid in an all - around way to ena- ble teachers to grow in more areas while being master of one professional skill and to meet the requirement imposed by the multi - way development of community colleges.
