German vocational education and training allows students to gain required knowledge and skills before getting to their operating posts after secondary education of full - time compulsory education. German vocational education and training system structure is complete and students can be transferred and shunted freely in the overpass interchange structure. However, with the development of global economy, German vocational education and training have problems and puzzles. This paper introduces the status and existingproblems of student shunting in German vocational education and training system in detail and puts forward some views and suggestions on the development of Chinese vocational education for reference.
