摘要
为有效利用低品位磁铁矿石,提高道路微波除冰效率,分析和研究了利用磁铁矿石铺筑融雪除冰路面技术。通过微波发热试验对比分析了普通集料和含磁铁集料的微波发热效率,用室内除冰试验分析了磁铁矿沥青混凝土的微波除冰效率。结果表明:含磁铁集料的各项技术指标能够满足路用要求;磁铁矿集料的微波发热效率约为普通集料的20倍;磁铁矿沥青混凝土的微波除冰效率约为普通沥青混凝土的10~30倍,利用磁铁矿集料代替普通集料铺筑沥青路面能够显著提高道路微波除冰效率。
In order to make efficient use of ie iron ore and improve the efficiency of low-grade magnet- microwave deicing on road, the technology of constructing asphalt pavement with magnetic iron ore for snow melting and deicing by microwavc was analyzed and studied. The microwave heat- ing test was did to comparatively analyze the microwave heating efficiency of conventional aggregate and magnetite aggregate, the microwave deicing efficiency of asphalt pave- ment with magnetite was analyzed by the laboratory deicing tests. The results showed the technological properties of magnetite aggregate could meet the requirements of pave- ment performance, The microwave heating efficiency of magnetite aggregate was about 20 times of conventional ag- gregate, The microwave heating efficiency of asphalt con-crete with magnetite was about 10~30 times of one of con- ventional asphalt concrete. It can significantly improve mi- crowave deicing efficiency of road to use magnetite aggregate instead of conventional aggregate to construct asphalt pave- ment.
