摘要
对河南某氰化尾矿进行了试验研究,尾矿中硫的含量为1.63%左右。针对该尾矿的特点,选择了三精两扫的浮选流程,获得了品位为40.21%,回收率为91.44%的硫精矿,并对硫精矿中的铅、锌进行了除杂和综合回收,充分利用了国家资源。全部工艺流程简单,选用的药剂价格便宜,对环境污染较小。
Experimental research on a cyanidation tailings from a gold cyanide leaching plant in Henan, it contains sul- phur of about 1. 63%. A flotation flow-sheet of one roug- hing-three scavenging-two cleaning was used to process the tailings, and a sulphur concentrate with grade of 40. 21% and recovery of 91.44% was obtained. And experiment of lead and zinc removal from the sulphur concentrate to com- prehensively he recovered were carried out. The all process- ing flow-sheets are simple, the selected flotation reagents are cheap in price and have less environmental pollution.
