摘要
引用几起产自上海GE电气某开关厂出厂的一批6kV真空开关在电厂厂用电快切操作中存在偷跳的案例,分析出快切操作中待合的断路器由于操作机构调整不合理导致合闸后瞬间又跳开。通过故障录波文件对这类断路器偷跳时电气特性进行了详细描述,并从厂用电快切装置的逻辑判据中加入待合断路器的合闸位置信号延时确认进行探讨,从而提高发电厂6kV厂用电系统供电可靠性。
Some VB2 vacuum circuit breakers from a GE switch factory had the non -fault tripping problem. Power switch tripped stealthily on the morrow of close operation because of mechanical failure, after analyzing some 6kV auxil- iary power- supply operation failure which resulted in the generator trip accidents. The electrical character of system was described from the fault recorder files, and discussed that the fast switching device u the time delay sign of switch position, which could solve the problem of circuit breaker' power supply system reliability. pgrade program on recognizing s non- fault trip and improvepower supply system reliability.
