摘要
某电子集团采用电吸附除盐技术对循环冷却水外排水进行除盐处理,试验结果表明,在原水电导率平均为2 243.5μS/cm、硬度平均为1 161.7mg/L、氯离子平均为396.1mg/L的情况下,产水电导率平均为716.5μS/cm、硬度平均为449.1mg/L、氯离子平均为118.3mg/L,平均去除率分别为68.1%、61%和71.2%;单位水量能耗为1.34kW.h;产水率大于75%。可达《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T 19923—2005),电吸附除盐技术应用于电子行业循环冷却水除盐处理是可行的。
The Electro-adsorbtion process was applied in desalinating the discharged recirculat- ing cooling water in an electronic group. The experiments showed that when the average conductivity of effluent was 2 243. 5μS/cm, average hardness was 1 161.7 mg/L, and concentration of chloride was 396. 1 mg/L, the average conductivity of influent was 716.5 /,S/cm, hardness was 449.1 mg/L, and average chloride concentration was 118. 3 mg/L; the average removal rates were 68. 1%,61% and 71.2% respectively, unit flow energy consumption is 1.34 kW % h, the water production capability was more than 75 %. The drainage could meet the requirements of The reuse of urban recycling water-water quality standard for industrial uses (GB/T 19923--2005). There-fore Electro-adsorbtion process is feasible for desalination of recirculating cooling water treatment in electronic industry.
