摘要
在理论框架基础上,选取枣庄市为研究区域,运用物元模型、层次分析法、熵权法评价分析了转型政策引导下的工业用地集约利用水平和制约因素。研究结果表明:2000-2009年枣庄市工业用地集约利用水平总体上呈现出"阶梯型"上升的趋势,与转型政策变化规律相一致;期间枣庄市工业用地集约利用水平的制约因素分为两阶段,当前的主导制约因素为地均环保投资、地均工业废水排放量、地均工业废气排放量、地均工业固体废物产生量。
Based on the theoretical framework, this essay selects Zaozhuang City as the study area, uses matter - element extension model, AHP and entropy method to evaluate the level and constraints of industrial land intensive use under the transition policy. The results indicate that: firstly, the levels of industrial land intensive use generally shows a "ladder type" upward trend on Zaozhuang City from 2000 to 2009, consistenting with the change rules of policy in transition; secondly, the constraints of industrial land intensive use level is divided into two stages on Zaozhuang City from 2000 to 2009, and the dominant constraints are the environmental protection investment per unit of industrial land area, the industrial wastewater emissions per unit of industrial land area, the industrial emissions per unit of industrial land area and the industrial solid waste per unit of industrial land area; the matterelement extension model can be effectively used in multi - factor evaluation, and provide a new idea for the evaluation and analysis of industrial land intensive use.
