北京市城镇淡水消费量与淡水保障地域的演变

Evolution of Beijing's fresh water consumption and fresh water preserving region

摘要 淡水资源是维持城镇生存发展的最基本的自然资源之一。现代城镇淡水消费分为直接、间接和诱发用水三部分。从城镇基本物质消费的角度出发,构建了城镇淡水消费的计算公式。对建国以来北京市的城镇淡水消费量和结构进行了实证分析;对北京城镇淡水消费的保障地域演变进行了分析;提出了北京城镇淡水可持续利用的对策措施。 Fresh water resources are the most fundamental natural resources that sustain urban survival and development. The consumption of modern urban fresh water resources are classified into three parts : direct water consumption, indirect water consumption and induced water consumption, and they have close relation with urban function. From the point of view of urban basic material consumption, the calculation methods of urban fresh water consumption arc designed. And then, urban fresh water consumption and its structure of Beijing are analyzed. What' s more, this essay analyzes the preserving region of Beijing urban fresh water consumption. Finally, some countermeasures are put forward to realize sustained utilization of urban fresh water resources.
