企业社会责任研究的演进——从概念到议题的纵向梳理 被引量:3

摘要 本研究应用纵向剖析方法,从概念的内在维度、理论框架的发展过程和研究议题的演化脉络三个维度对企业社会责任研究进行了追踪分析。作者发现,企业社会责任概念以1970年代为分界点,在多个维度实现了重要转折;通过C SR研究者的评判式发展和系统性推进,逐渐形成了较为成熟的理论框架体系;同时,企业社会责任研究也在多种理论的影响下实现了议题代际演化,形成了逐渐递进的"W hat—W hy—H ow"研究三步曲。文章最后提出了企业社会责任研究的潜在主题和发展方向。
