摘要
比较和分析国内外铝制压力容器标准,指出强度安全系数、屈服强度是影响铝材许用应力的关键因素,针对两种铝制压力容器常用材料5052,5083进行了拉伸试验,对给定的铝制压力容器进行了最大允许压力计算;采用有限元分析数值计算爆破压力,并对5052,5083铝制容器进行了爆破试验,结果表明:TSG R0004—2009将nb从4调整为3,许用应力提高后,铝制压力容器仍具有较高的强度裕度;而Rp1.0代替Rp0.2,强度裕度不足。
Comparison and analysis on aluminum - made pressure vessel domestic and international stand- ards were carried out, yield strength is the main factor to affect the aluminum allowable stress. Tensile tests for two kinds common use materials 5052 and 5083 were done, the maximum allowable pressures were calculated. The burst pressures of finite element calculation and experiment for 5052 and 5083 were obtained. The results show that aluminum - made pressure vessels still have enough strength margins after the aluminum allowable stress is increased when nb is from 4 to 3 for TSG R0004--2009, and the strength margins are not enough when Rp1.0 replace Rp0. 2.
