摘要
社会管理创新的动因纷繁复杂,本文试图引入系统动力学思想对其动阻力影响因素加以分析,并在此基础上提出社会管理创新因应之策。研究发现,社会管理创新过程应当充分挖掘公民对于社会管理创新的原动力,充分发挥社会利益集团的推动力,妥善利用好现代技术服务于社会管理,化阻力为动力,不断增强社会管理创新动力因素,而有效抑制社会管理创新阻力因素。
The motivation and influence factors of social management duce the system dynamics theory to analyze its dynamic innovation are very complex. This paper attempts to introresistant factors, and puts forward some countermeasures to the innovation of social management. In the process of social management innovation, we should fully find out the original dynamic powers of citizens, give full play to social interests impetus, properly use modern technologies in social service management, change resistance to be dynamic, enhance the social management innovation dynamic system, and effectively restrain the resistance of social management system innovation.
