摘要
本实验观察到,离体大鼠心肌细胞以多种方式摄取磷脂脂质体,其作用方式主要取决于脂质体的物理状态(相变温度和带电性质),而不取决于脂质组分。对于带正电脂质体的摄取远多于带负电脂质体。摄取液态脂质体的主要途径为融合,脂质交换在固态脂质体的摄取更为重要。通过内吞和吸附途径摄取固态脂质体高于液态脂质体,而摄取液态中性脂质体高于液态带电荷脂质体。
This work observed the interaction of functionally normal adult rat cardiomyocytes with liposo-mes in different physiochemical properties (in solid or fluid state, with positive or negative ions)under physiological conditions. Results showed that isolated rat cardiomyocytes may uptake liposomesin different ways, the type of uptake ways is independent of the lipid constituent, and it is dependenton the physio-chemical state (lipid transition temperature and electrical charge) of liposomes. Cardio-myocytes take up positively charged liposomes far more than negatively charged liposomes by fusion,the important way of uptaking solid liposomes is through membrane lipid exchange. And solid liposo-me taken by cardiomyocytes are more than liquid ones through endocytosis and adsorption, uptake ofliquid neutral liposomes is greater than liquid liposomos with electrical charge.
