300MW机组锅炉热效率影响因素分析

摘要 随着社会的进步和高品质煤的日益减少,以及各国对大气污染物排放标准的要求越来越严格,循环流化床(CFB)锅炉作为高效、低污染、燃料适应性广、负荷调节性能好的洁净燃煤技术设备,在全世界受到广泛重视。作为电厂的重要设备,CFB锅炉的热效率对机组的经济运行具有重要作用。文中结合某电厂300MW机组CFB锅炉运行效率的影响因素进行了分析,并提出了应对策略,以提高锅炉热效率,从而提高电厂的经济性,对其他的机组也有一定的参考。 With the development of society and the reduction of high-quality coal, emission standards of air pollutants have been referred to a new level. Circulation Fluidized Bed (CFB) is becoming a main coal combustion technique all over the world for its attractive advantages, for example, high combustion efficiency, efficient sulfur removal, low emission, fuel flexibility and good load following capability. The thermal efficiency of CFB boiler is very important for unit economy. The paper discussed the operation efficiency influence factors to 300MW unit boiler. The result of analysis can improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler, thereby improving the economy of the power plant. It is also helpful for other plant.
