Applications of Molecular Marks in Potato Breeding

摘要 对几种常用分子标记如RFLP、RAPD、AFLP、SSR、ISSR、SCAR、STS和SNP的基本原理与特点进行介绍。综述了以DNA多态性为基础的分子标记技术在马铃薯育种中的应用。如遗传图谱的构建、重要性状的基因定位、种质资源的研究等。 Principles and characteristics of several common molecular marks including RFLP, RAPD, AFLP, SSR, ISSR, SCAR, STS and SNP were introduced. The application of molecular mark technol- ogy based polymorphism of DNA in potato breeding was reviewed, involving construction of genetic map, gene localization of important characters and studies on germplasm resources.
