历史街区土地利用效益评价指标体系构建研究——以张家口市堡子里为例

Building of Evaluation Index System of Land Use Benefit in Historic Block——The Case of Buzili in Zhangjiakou

研究的主要目的是构建一套能够科学衡量历史街区土地利用效益的评价指标体系,克服片面追求经济利益的开发方案,实现城市土地利用综合效益最大化的更新目标,以有效保护历史街区,传承中国优秀文化,促进城市健康、和谐发展。研究方法主要采用了类比法、层次分析法以及经验法。研究结论:历史街区土地利用效益评价指标可分成一般项目和特殊项目评价,该方法具有既定性又定量、既便于横向比较又便于纵向比较的优点。

The purpose of this paper is to biuld a set of evaluation index system of land use benefit in the historic blocks. This system can be scientifically measured, overcome one-sided development pro- grame to pursue economy only, and maximize the comprehension benefit of urban land use to effectively protect the historic blocks, inherit excellent Chinese culture, and promote healthy and harmonious devel- opment of city. This paper uses the methods of analogism, analytic hierarchy process and experience. The conclution of the study is that the evaluation index system of land use benefit in the historic blocks can be classified info two parts, the general itemes and the special items, and that the method has the advan- tages of qualitative and auantitative analyses, and is easy to be compared horizontally and uertically.
