摘要 综述近年来2型糖尿病的预防和口服药物研究进展,介绍了口服降糖药物的分类,各类药物的作用机制、临床应用、药物动力学和不良反应,以期为2型糖尿病的合理治疗提供指导。 The development of studies on prevention and therapy of type 2 diabetes mellitus was selec tively reviewed. The mechanism of action, clinical usages, pharmacokinetics and adverse effects were ad dressed.
