美国高校学术道德管理的特色、举措及其思考

Characteristics and Measurements in Management of Academic Morality in US Universities

我国正处于从教育大国向教育强国迈进的关键时期,高等学校尤其需要加强学术道德的规范管理。美国高校在学术道德管理上的特色是处处体现"以人为本"的管理理念,强调"学术自由",坚持学术自由与学术责任相结合的原则,并有完善的学术道德规范制度作保障;在治理学术失范举措中注重原则程序信息管理,做到有规可循有法可依,对于我国高校进一步优化学术环境、提升学术道德水准,颇有助益。

China is now in the critical period of becoming an educational power from a large educational nation, in whose universities the academic morality should be particularly regulated. In the United States, the people-oriented idea shows in every aspect of management of academic morality in universities, in which the academic freedom and academic responsibilities are both emphasized under the regulations of academic morality. The principles and procedures as well as the information are emphasized in dealing with the anomie of academic morality. All these characteristics provide implica- tions on the promotion of academic environment and the improvement of academic morality in Chinese universities.
