Academic Morality and Construction of Honesty Mechanism in Universities

学术诚信问题已经成为学术界亟待解决的问题,其深层根源既涉及科研者学术道德素养不高,又涉及学术诚信管理体制不完善。高校作为学术研究的主阵营,是我国学术诚信机制建设的重点。加强高校学术诚信机制建设,提高科研活动的质量,既要提高科研者学术道德素养,又要加强高校学术制度建设。

Problems concerning academic morality have become urgent to salve, which are deeply rooted in both low moral accomplishment and poor management mechanism of academic morality. As the main ground of academic research, universities are the key places for the construction of academic honesty. Not only should the moral accomplishment of researchers be improved but the construction of academic system be emphasized in order to strengthen the mechanism construction of academic honesty and improve the quality of academic activities.
