摘要
依据设计实践，通过对土石坝发展主因、坝基与断面体型、心墙坝和面板坝结构改善和放水道设置等问题初步分析，提出改善建议，以供商榷。
Based on design practice, constructive suggestions are proposed for discussion through preliminary analysis on the main cause of development of the earth-rockfill dam, shape of dam foundation and section, structural improvement of core wall dam and faced dam and arrangement of spillways, etc.
