Outcomes of Project Schedule Control for Letan Hydropower Station

乐滩水电站建设工程量大，工期紧，加上施工中遇到各类问题，造成施工工期严重滞后，经参建各方采取一系列措施，在较短的时间内将滞后工期全部赶回，保证了工程工期，并顺利建成。

Due to large amount of work and fairly tight schedule, Letan Hydropower Station Project encountered various problems during construction, resulting in a serious delay of scheduled work. After a series of measures were taken by all the constructors, all the work that was behind schedule has been completed before the deadline, thus guaranteeing the construction period of the project and completing the project successfully.
