顺铂与癌细胞膜相互作用的电子自旋共振自旋标记研究

SPIN LABEL STUDY OF INTERACTION BETWEEN CISPLATIN AND TUMOUR CELL MEMBRANES

本文使用马来酰亚胺自旋标记技术研究抗癌药物顺铂与小鼠L1210白血病细胞和艾氏腹水肝癌细胞膜的相互作用,表明顺铂可以作用于癌细胞膜影响膜巯基结合部位。提示顺铂作用使癌细胞膜表面蛋白质构象改变。

The interaction of cisplatin with tumor cell membranes was studied by method of MSL spin label.Cisplatin effects on ESR spectrum of tumor cells labeled with MSL. In the presence of cisplatin theratios of W and S of L1210 cell membranes and Ehrlich ascites tumor cell membranes labeled withMSL were changed. The results indicate cisplatin can react with mercapto groups on the proteins oftumor cell membranes and change the conformations of cell membrane proteins.
