摘要
本文用流式细胞仪,以细胞膜分化抗原和DNA含量双参数测定法,探讨了57例各型白血病患者骨髓和11例正常骨髓单个核细胞分化抗原阳性表达细胞的增殖特性。结果表明:不同型白血病细胞不仅有相应的分化抗原表达,而在不同病期相应的抗原呈彼消此长现象。HLA-DR^+细胞%、HI_(115)^+细胞%在初发、复发病人较高,在慢性期、缓解期病人较低。膜抗原和DNA双参数分析表明,白血病骨髓增殖期细胞中大部分为与各型白血病细胞相应的免疫标志细胞,根据白血病细胞这种增殖特性的变化,可预测疾病变化进程。
Simultaneous analysis of cell surface antigens and cellular DNA was performed in marrows from 57cases of adult leukemia and 11 normal ribs (NBM) by FACSTAR. In all kinds of leukemia, their majorcell surface antigens varied as their condition procecded becoming more occult or overt. HLA-DR^+ cells%was higher in untreated AML (AML-UT) and CML blast crisis (CML-BC). But it was below or closeto NBM when the patients ceses were in complete remission and CML chronic phase (CML-CP). HI-98^+ cells% increased predominantly in CML-CP, but dereassed in CML-BC. Analysis of surfaceantigen and DNA dual parameter showed that, as a whole, in all cases of advanced leukemia their S+G2+M phase cells% were found lower than NBM. But their main specific antigens distributed mostlyin proliferation phase. This evidence may help explian how the leukemic cells accumulated in themallws. It also suggests that in terms of specific marker cells growth charateristic of leukemic cellsmay be a useful detector for minimal residual disease.
