摘要 尽管目前临床上已有多种能够有效抑制HBV的药物可供选择,慢性乙型肝炎（chronic hepatitis B,CHB）的治疗仍面临许多挑战,如长期使用可能出现病毒基因发生耐药突变等[1]。
