门诊患者就诊排队时间对应分析

Correspondence Analysis on Clinic Waiting Time for Outpatients

目的了解某院各科门诊患者就诊排队时间情况。方法随机抽取一周门诊就诊患者资料,采用定量分析和简单对应分析结合的方法对患者就诊排队时间及其影响因素进行分析。结果全院门诊患者平均就诊排队时间为(31.84±34.07)分钟,排队时间位列全院前五位的专科为妇科、消化内科、口腔科、心血管内科、耳鼻喉科。不同星期、上下午、职称、每医生每工时门诊负担不同的科室,就诊患者就诊排队时间有差异(均P<0.01),各影响因素与排队时间对应分析结果与定量分析结果基本一致。结论周四与周五就诊患者排队时间较其他天短,上午就诊患者排队时间较下午长,随医生职称升高,其接诊患者就诊排队时间加长,每医生每工时门诊负担较重的科室较负担轻的科室,其接诊患者就诊排队时间要短。此外,各影响因素与排队时间的定量分析与简单对应分析结果高度一致,但后者较为直观。

Objective To identify distribution of clinic waiting time for outpatients of the current subjects in a hospital. Methods One week clinic outpatients data was selected to describe and discuss distribution of clinic waiting time and influencing factors related by combined with quantitative analysis and correspondence analysis. Results The average of the clinic waiting time for outpatients in this hospital was 31.84±34.07 minutes. The top five specialist departments about long waiting time were gynecology, gastroenterology, dentistry, cardiology, ENT. Among different weeks, morning and afternoon, departments for different outpatient burden per work hour per doctor,the clinic waiting time was different（ all P 〈0.01 ）. The results of correspondence analysis on waiting time and the factors were consistent with the results of quantitative analysis. Conclusion Compared with other days, the waiting time for outpatients medicines on Thursday and Friday was shorter, the morning was longer than the afternoon,with the title of doctors increased the waiting time for their admission patients was longer, compared the departments for light outpatient burden per work hour-per doctor, the waiting time for the heavier burden one was longer. In addition, the results of correspondence analysis on waiting time and the factors were highly consistent with the results of quantitative analysis, but the former is more intuitive.
