摘要
采用案例研究的方法,以北京市某行政区旅游咨询服务中心为典型案例,分析其人力资源关键性问题,然后从职业核心能力模型构建、建立及完善多层级旅游咨询人员认证体系、建立多层级培训体系、完善志愿者机制以及绩效考评标准化等方面提出了以职业核心能力为基础的人力资源开发策略。
This paper adopts case study method and takes Beijing's Tourism Information Center as a typical case. Through analyzing the key problems of the center's human resources, some human resources development strategies based on the vocational core competences are put forward. These strategies include the construction of vocational core competence model, establishment and improvement of the multi-level personnel certification system of tourism information counseling, establishment of multi-level training system, improvement of volunteer mechanism and performance appraisal standardization.
