摘要
转化医学作为一种新理念,旨在推动基础研究成果快速临床转化,其核心是在实验室与临床之间建立一个双向转化通道。本文介绍了美国杜克大学转化医学研究院的建立及其职能:将医学研究、医疗服务和全球健康纳入同一个体系,跨越基础研究人员和临床医生、学术研究机构和企业、医疗服务系统和社区、发达和发展中国家之间广泛存在的鸿沟,打破从事研究的不同学术机构和团体之间的界限。通过本文的介绍,可借鉴杜克大学转化医学的成功模式,推动中国转化医学的研究。
Translational medicine research is the science to overcome research gaps among all interested parties to advance the bench-to-bedside translation.Tliis review introduced the establishment of the Duke Translational Medicine Institute(DTMI) and its function:to bridge translational gaps between basic science researchers and clinicians,academe and industry,health care system and community, wealthy and less-developed nations.This article could provide the model of the translational medicine research of Duke to China and push the development of translational medicine research of our country.
