摘要
由于引起疟疾临床症状的主要时期是红内期疟原虫,其发育规律的研究有助于疟疾的治疗。本文着重研究的是疟原虫进入红细胞进行裂体增殖的全过程。采用数学模型的方法研究红内期变化规律,不仅定量地描述了红内期各阶段的转化过程,而且为进一步探索红内期发育过程与免疫、吞噬、营养等因素的联系奠定了基础。
The growth pattern of plasmodium in erythrocyte stage is modelled with a finite-stage Markovprocess, which describes quantitatively the laws of transitions and death of infected red cells invarious states during erythrocyte stage. As new methodology, it facilitates further studies on lifecycle of plasmodium and the effects of relevant internal and external factors. The derivative-freeprocedure of optimization is used in parameter estimation with the criterion of least square. Theanalysis of a set of animal experimental data shows the model fits well and gives some results whichhave not been issued with other methods.
