摘要
针对传统的倾角传感器性能测试效率低、精度差,自动化程度低和容易受人为因素干扰等问题,设计了一套基于柔性测试技术倾角传感器测试平台,给出了测试系统的总体设计思想以及软硬件的设计。该测试平台借用柔性技术理念,以双轴转台为平台,配置集成化的多种数据通信接口模块,配合程控电源等集成模块构成硬件系统,通过VC6.0++设计的上位机软件,具有控制转台转动、配置电源电压、读写传感器数据、分析并保存数据等功能。整个系统的具有良好的灵活性、扩展性、实时性和通用性且整个测试过程操作方便,能够对多种型号的倾角传感器进行标定和检测,实现了测试自动化。
Aiming at the performance tests of traditional tilt sensors with the shortages of low efficiency, low accuracy, low degree of automation and susceptibility to interference from human factors, a tilt-sensor test platform based on Flexible Testing Technology is designed. The overall design ideal and the hardware and software solutions are given. With the help of the concept of Flexible Testing Technology and the platform of dual-axis turntable, the system configures various data communication interface modules , a programmable power-supply module and failure-alarm module to complete some functions of controlling the rotation of turntable, configuring the voltages of power supply, reading/writing sensor data, analyzing/saving data by VC6.0++ PC software and so on. The system not only has the abilities of calibrating and testing varies tilt sensors to achieve automatic tests but also has good flexibility, scalability, real-time and versati lity.
