摘要
利用ANSYS/LS_DYNA软件建立了截齿和煤岩的有限元模型,应用LS_DYNA的显式动力分析算法,对单个截齿截割煤岩的动力学过程进行了模拟,得到截齿在截割煤岩过程中受到的动态力变化曲线及煤岩的应力云图,对截齿在不同安装角及不同截割速度时,截齿在截割过程中的受力进行模拟,对比分析不同工况下截齿的受力大小,获得最佳的截齿安装角及工作速度,为截割头上截齿的分布及安装提供指导。
Finite element models of cutting pick and coal are built by using ANSYS/LS_DYNA software. Dynamics for cutting pick cutting coal is simulated by using explicit dynamic procedure of LS_DYNA. Then stress contour picture of coal and dynamic force imposed on cutting pick c^m be obtained. Analysis has been done for different load cases including different cutting angles and differ- ent cutting velocities. Then different cutting forces of cutting pick can be obtained for different load cases. Cutting force is useful for design of cutting head.
