摘要 采用工程分析软件ANSYS对227TYZ-XF02B型高效永磁同步电机的主轴进行静动态特性分析,得出了电机主轴在电机极限工况下的应力应变云图,以及电机主轴的前5阶固有频率和振型,并计算出相应的主轴临界转速。分析结果说明了电机主轴的强度和扰度满足设计要求,并验证了电机主轴在工作过程中不会发生共振现象。 This paper adopted ANSYS to analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of the spindle of 227TYZ - XF02B Perma- nent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) , evaluated its stress and strain distributing cloud graph in the extreme working conditions, obtained the first five order natural frequency and mode of vibra- tion, and calculated corresponding critical speed of the spindle. The result proved that the design of spindle meets the strength and flexibility requirements, and verified that the motor spindle will not occur resonance in its working process.
