一种现场管理信息化系统的设计与实现

中小企业现场设备存在多种品牌的小型PLC，而当前各品牌PLC的通信互不开放。考虑中小企业生产数据的监测要求，利用各品牌PLC自带的编程口协议和CAN总线技术，设计一PC机与多种品牌小型PLC的通信系统，并以Freescale的MC68HC908GZ60微控制器为核心芯片实现。在不改变设备现状的情况下，经济地实现对各台设备的生产过程监控，达到现场管理信息化低成本改造的目标。论文的创新点在于为中小企业现场管理信息化提供一种低成本方案。

There are many mini-PLCs of various brands applied on the field equipments for SMEs , but the communication of different brand PLCs has no interoperability. Considering the monitoring require- ment of production data in SMEs, a communication system is designed among PC and different brand mini -PLCs to monitor the production process , by using CAN-bus and programming port protocol owned by each PLC, and it is realized with Freescale MC68HC908GZ60 micro-controller as kernel chips. Without changing the current situation of the equipments, the goal of low-cost information reform for field man- agement is achieved. The innovation of this paper is to provide a low-cost plan for SMEs to realize infor- mation reform for field management.
