管理学是研究管理活动普遍规律、基本原理和一般方法的应用性学科，其管理思想和理论也在不断创新。同时，随着社会发展对管理人才的需求标准越来越高，这就要求管理学课程教学必须符合高职教育的特点，转变教学理念，更新教学内容、教学方法和考核方式。

Management science is an application science to study the universal law, basic principles and general methods of management activities . the management ideas and theories are also innovating fre- quently. Meanwhile, with the development of society, the requirement standards for management person- nel are becoming increasingly high, which requires the management courses to change teaching philoso- phy, update teaching content, teaching methods and assessment methods accroding to the characteristics of higher vocational education.
