绿色夹具——基于杠杆-toggle增力机构气动肌腱驱动的夹具系统

摘要 介绍了4种新型的基于杠杆-toggle增力机构气动肌腱驱动的夹具,分别给出其工作原理图,对其工作原理进行了分析,并对其输出力进行了计算。用气动肌腱代替传统的刚性气缸,可以代替容易产生污染的液压传动夹具,结构更为紧凑,输出力大,无污染。是夹具设计绿色化一种尝试。 Four kinds of new fixtures based on lever - toggle mechanism driven by pneumatic muscle are introduced, the working principle graph are also given, the principle are analyzed, and its calculating formulae of output power are also given. Using the pneumatic muscle instead of the traditional rigid pneumatic cylinder, can alter hydraulic fixture, it has many advantages such as large output force and no pollution. It is a good attempt for fixture greening design.
