前动力蛋白与妊娠
摘要
前动力蛋白（prokineticin，PROK）是多功能性分泌蛋白家族成员之一，其受体是其同源的G蛋白偶联受体。PROK系统由PROK1及其受体、PROK2及其受体组成。PROK与受体结合引发信号转导，具有调节平滑肌收缩、诱导血管生成及膜孔形成、免疫调节、低氧调控等作用。PROK及其受体在妊娠的不同阶段表达水平不同，与妊娠维持、分娩发动等生理妊娠及早产、复发性流产、异位妊娠、子痫前期等病理妊娠密切相关。
