摘要
随着OTT TV业务在全球迅速发展,以及国内OTT TV市场需求潜力巨大,国内正在逐渐形成一种以产业链上各业务商合作共建的OTT TV生态系统,但还处于商业模式探索阶段,并面临着诸多问题和局限。电信运营商应将网络服务能力、平台能力、终端能力扩展到OTT TV产业链中,与合作伙伴共同发展,通过应用智能管道的网络策略,构建融合CDN的平台策略和合作推广的终端策略,推动OTT TV商业模式的成熟和创新。
With the rapid development of the OTT TV business in the world, the domestic OTT TV potential market demand is great. China is gradually formed a cooperation OTT TV ecosystem of the industry chain. But the business model is still in the exploratory stage with many problems and limitations. The telecom operators should extend the network service, platform and market capacity to the OTT TV industry chain, with the smart pipe application, fusion CDN strategy and cooperative market promotion strategy. Then the mature and innovative OTT TV business model will be promoted.
