铁(Ⅲ)腺苷磷酸配合物与血清蛋白质的相互作用研究

摘要 本文用凝胶色谱法研究了三种铁(Ⅲ)腺苷磷酸配合物与血清蛋白质的相互作用,测定了作用后铁(Ⅲ)在血清蛋白质中的分布。这些配合物不仅能与转铁蛋白,也能与白蛋白等其它血清蛋白质交换铁(Ⅲ)。差谱法研究表明,铁(Ⅲ)在ATP与白蛋白之间的交换也是通过形成中间三元配合物的方式完成。 The interactions between iron complexes of AMP, ADP, ATP and serum proteins were studied by means of gel chromatography. The distribution of iron among several serum proteins was determined. The results indicate that these complexes transfer iron to all the protein fractions nonspecifically. Among them, most part of iron binds to transferrin, but serum albumin and other proteins also get significant amount or iron. The iron transferring tendency of adenosinephosphates follows the follo- wing sequence: ATP>ADP>AMP pyrophosphate, but no difference has been found in case of albu- min. The differential spectra of Fe (Ⅲ)-ATP-albumin system were interpreted by the presence of an intermediate ternary complex and an associative mechanism for the iron exchange was proposed.
