网上交易中买家评价悖论研究

摘要 作为衡量顾客满意度及交易信任度的一种重要方式,在线交易评价机制得到普遍推行。在网络消费者对商品实际评价为一般满意甚至不满意的情况下,存在网上评价为满意或非常满意的情况。感知满意度与实际满意度评价的不完全一致使得网络购物中存在着评价悖论。基于消费者网上购物评价系统,文章对评价结果偏离真实评价情况进行了研究,提出了悖论存在的趋势关系。
